My empty bottle of water :) Boring but I have had a major work project deadline which has eaten up my time and soul this last few days. So a boon that I took one at all.
Actually I am pleased that I have replaced some of my diet cokes with water. A most unhealthy habit of mine.
I'm trying to persuade Holly to swap some of her tins of coke for water too!
