Tradition.
It is a tradition at a funeral to have floral tributes. We went for just the one from the family, we used flowers from our garden and family gardens and my Auntie Pat and I arranged this for him to have on his coffin.
Thank you so much for all your support, I won't forget it and have gained much comfort from it.

Shocking.
I love this photo of him as a little boy. I loved him very much.
I wasn't sure whether to post or not, but I am a great believer in do what feels right (which I have been telling the kids all day so better practice myself) and it feels ok. I hope it feels ok with you guys too.

Gentle.
I don’t think I took one today what with all the dealings of going to work and hospital visiting…..i’ll go and have a look at my photo stream. No I didn’t so I just have….it’s of my memory foam pillow. I know-yawn-right!!! but it has eliminated my neck pain completely
I can’t glam it up…it just is a crappy photo of my pillow! It is gentle to me though

Lots & Lots.
Anyway, Lots & Lots. It has to be this photo as it is the only one I took

Teeny-tiny.
I snapped this at work as a training need for my duty managers as they had failed to notice this pathetic display and remove it. I’m sure our customers were impressed as they walked in to my store and saw this!
It’s a teeny-tiny display
I can’t even begin to talk about the trolley being used to display Point of Sale advertising
Sorry about the exciting post, but this has mainly what I have been up against this last few days! And keeping me from doing more creative things! I haven’t had the glue out for nearly a fortnight

Childhood.
Joy in the simple things and a disconnection from grown-up worries is what I have learned about childhood through being one and raising my sons.
Here is Thing One and Thing Two enjoying the age old game of making toilet noises with your arm and armpit Why would I have wanted girls?
“Look at me!
Look at me!
Look at me NOW!
It is fun to have fun
But you have to know how.” Dr Seuss ‘The Cat In The Hat’.

Costume.
Costume……drama - it’s another tenuous link!
I have been so overloaded again that I didn’t have time to check email, blogs etc even with my fabby phone So I had no clue what the prompt was!
So this was the photo I took today for evidence of a lorry driver driving into the control box for the back gate in my store, damaging the hardware and dragging all the wires out!
