Linda Elbourne came to our retreat today to teach a configurations box thingy. Smile

She has blogged us today, yes, yes that is me next to Maria with a glass of wine at lunchtime! Well we are on holiday and I haven’t had another today (Maria has but she is nearly french now so it is a cultural thing Winking smile)

Anyway… is the floor after we swept it before the class began. It’s got tiny bits of paper all over it again now.

Here is the configurations box completed, i’m so chuffed with it. I would never be able to make it again without step-by-step help (read: peer pressure to stop prevaricating and get on with it).

  1. Hi Jen, I love your floor.
When I grew up all our appartment had such a floor but the tiles were octogonal.
Your configuration box looks absolutely lovely and on my own I wouldn't know where to start either.
As of the french cultural thing that we all drink wine, lol, I do very very occasionally and to me Champagne tastes as bad as Alka-Seltzer !!! xx

  2. That's absolutely beautiful I wouldn't have a clue where to start to plan something like that.

  3. Wine at lunchtime.. that's what time out means doesn't it! Loving your box, it is so cute.. our scrapbooking guru does alteredbooks and spends hours making old books into altered art.. hope you enjoy your weekend and the benefits of the week aren't lost too soon x
